I love my Palm Pixi and I treat it well. The only problem I have is the volume control button. If it is in my pocket, it will change to vibrate mode even though the button is in place for volume. I have removed the back cover to check the volume button and it works fine without the cover. Is there anyway to correct the volume issue with the back cover on? I was thinking of getting a new back cover touchstone that is not a regular palm black cover with touchstone (I have this cover now), but I don't know if that would fix the issue.
