so i got the palm pixi for sprint and the screen is cracked and wont read my finger on the touchscreen. The people at sprint tell me i need to pay a $100 deductible which sucks, but i was wondering if i could get a NEW phone but with the same contract, because the pixi was on a 2-yr contract and its almost been a year now, but i was wondering if i can just get a new phone and still have the same contract instead of paying $100 for the same shitty phone!
