Palm like a little kid

Okay so I got a problem. My T|X is acting like a misbehaving lil kid. I turn it off and it insists on waking up and staying on for another 3 min cycle ever time :mad: When I first got it, it did this but then it stopped now I had to hard reset and it's back!

Help!!!

Do you keep it plugged into the USB sync cable? I just bought mine last night and it did this so I unplugged the USB cable and it stopped. The Hot Sync must be trying to sync up on it's own.
