The part of my palm that's under my thumb hurts, and have hurt for a while (month(s)).
I play alot on the computer and I'm 100% that this is the cause as I often use my thumb to press space.
Even after not being on the computer for couple of days, it still hurts.
My question is,
how can I make the pain go away?
And how can I stop it from comming back, if I can even get the pain away.
To be more precise, it only hurts when I press on it,
for example: while doing push ups, my right hand is fine, but I can hardly do it because the part of my palm under my thumb hurts.
