i am so confused.. when i google it it gives me results that are long pages!! i cant sit and read that londg i need to write a 1/2 paper on palestinian refugee camps..very easy you know..but i dont know the following:

-what is it
-why are they created
-when did they start

a summary answer would be nice with a link:)
