Pairing PIN ?

Alright.
Just received a Bluetooth USB dongle. So I install the software(it was a mess!), and all seems ok now. Then, my BT network on my PC detects my palm. All good. It asks me if I want to pair. I say yes...

Now it asks me the PIN code of my T3 to start pairing. What is my PIN code? Where to get it?

Nevermind. I just realised what it is :\

Another question.
After successfully pairing my Palm and my PC, I get to another screen that says "services that you want to access on the selected device".
The list is empty!

Is there a tutorial somewhere on setting a PC with a T3 through BT?

Actually, the PIN code was whatever code I wanted. I just have to put the same on my T3 and on my PC.

All worked.
Little problem now :\
I managed to set everything. PC detects T3, and T3 detects PC.

I just hotsynced from my T3 to my PC without even beeing close to the craddle. That was fun! :D

Now, I'm trying to surf on the internet.
I found a tutorial on how to set it up. I did everything they say and it bugs at a certain place.

In Palm Web Pro, I click on "connect". It "tries to connect", on my PC, I get a popup over my Bluetooth sign saying:
"Bluetooth Connection Successful'.

But on my Palm Web Pro, I get:
Error: PPP timeout (0x1231)

:\

*EDIT**
Ok this is driving me nuts! I read all help files at PalmOne and at Belkin's site but nada! It's still messing up!

Under "My Bluetooth Places", I have NOTHING there! But if I "View devices in range", I do find my Palm. I double click on it(and there is the check sign that says my T3 and my PC are paired correctly), and I am sent to "My Bluetooth Places\Entire Bluetooth Neighborhood\My_Username". There, I can see the available services...I only have one service! "OBEX, Object Push on My_Username. I cannot seem to add "network" service :\

Anyone got a clue?

With great pleasure, I can announce that I won over the Bluetooth technology!
Simply put, Bluetooth is NOT PLUG AND PLAY! And this is VERY simply put. It is ridiculously complicated and I've been using computers/networks/internet for over 6 years. A shame.

Anyway, all is working now and I finally got a hand on how to do it! So if someone is scared of BT, let me know. I'll explain :D

I'll post another thread immediatly about a question :)

I've recommended this before, and I can confirm that I get no commission, but BTsync is excellent.

Apart from having to approve access to my outlook contacts, which i'm sure i could get round on a non-work pc, it makes your T3 switch on at regular intervals, seek out your pc, and then syncs.

Brilliant, and only 10 bucks
