I am trying to pair a Motorola H700 Bluetooth with my Samsung SPH-M630. I have already attempted the direction provided by Motorola at the following link:

This has been unsuccessful. The purple light indicating that the Bluetooth is in pairing mode will only turn on if I have the Bluetooth charging, and even then it will only stay on for a few seconds. Any suggestions?
