pairing H500 with mac - passkey failure?

My mac sees the H500 fine, but says my passcode (0000, standard) is incorrect? Anything I should know/try?
i rebooted my mb and tried again. works fine now. i think it doesn't like doing "new" things after being asleep. thanks! :D
 
Is the "H500" a Motorola H500 BT headset? If so, it is compatible with 1.2 and 1.1 enabled devices. Most BT devices are backward compatible. Make sure the both devices are fully charged and place H500 in pairing mode. If there was an earlier pairing code which is not working, delete it before re-pairing.
