Im decorating my room and have painted most of the walls. i have a built in wooden cupboard that was painted green by previous homeowners and would like to paint over it with the emulsion i am using on the other walls... is this okay? do i need to do a thinned layer first or paint directly onto it?

also the radiator has been painted in exactly the same green... can i paint over the green paint with dulux vinyl matt emulsion

or do i need to remove the green paint first?

thanks

The cupboard I would very lightly sand down and apply two coats of the emulsion. That fine.

Same with the radiator. Emulsion will work as its worked before but radiators ideally should be glossed. (The gloss will last much longer) You will be able to get gloss in the same colour as your walls. If you do this be sure to rub down most of the previous emulsion of the rad and prime with an undercoat.
