painting walls in my babys room?

i did it yesterday morning, just wondering if it is ok that he sleeps in there? the smell of paint is still in there, everyone i ask to go in there to smell it says that its fine and not too smelly but i dunno i still think it stinks.
oh yeah hes 11 1/2 months old.
 
That's a tricky question. New studies are saying that the toxic fumes that come from paint can last for up to 6 months, but should be okay after airing it out for a few weeks....IDK, you are there, and his mother, you know what's best, and that's all that matters here.
I don't think it would be worse then letting them get into a new car or on a new carpet/rug
