Painting my Honda from red to blue?

I am looking to paint my 96 Honda Civic Ex a tropical blue color, paint code b510P. It is an Acura 2006 car color. What do I need to remove the current red paint and paint my car this color, and where can I recieve the paint, and how much would the total be to purchase the necessary equipment? My uncle paints cars in his spare time, so the cost of labor is not needed. thanks.
