Hi. I recently bought small used 10ft fibreglass boat and its quite dirty at the moment and some paint has faded or scratches off. I was thinking about repainting it myself (brush) but I have no idea with gel coats or paints (white). Do I clean it, if so what's the best way, then paint it and last apply gel coat.
