Paint smelling up room.?

I just recently got my room painted. It has been about a week and it still smells. BUT, it does not smell like paint. Its hard to describe, but it almost smells like a dead animal. It started the day I painted my room. I have kept my windows open and put in some air fresheners, but it still wont go away. This is more of like a "do you know what is causing the smell" question. (certain chemicals in the paint.) Not what i can do to try to get rid of the smell. ( Air fresheners)

Was there any black on the wall or wet spots to cause mildew? If yes, you may have to replace that sheet rock and remud and paint. I don't know if kilz or other products will help. Roxanne
