Hi all,
I have a basic photo editing package on my PC at the moment (Photo Impact 10)
But im wanting to get something better,
All i want to be able to do is mess about with piccies of the kids, remove objects (like kids toys) from the background of photos, make collages and cut out and add people into diffrent photos, Make Sigs, that kind of thing.
But im not sure what to but, ive heard diffrent reviews on both Paint shop pro x2 and Photo shop Elements and i don't know what to get.
Also is it ok to buy these things 'used' of the Internet (NOT COPYS) or do they need to be new?
(im not sure if they come with some kind of licence number that you can only use once or if once its bought from a shop the same disk can install the program on hundreds of computers etc)
Lastly do these programs work on the new Windows 7? im running on XP at the moment but was just curious!
