Paint from completely organic ingredients?

I am a painter, and I usually use acrylics on canvas, but I was wondering if there was a way to make a paint somewhat similar to art store acrylics, oils, or watercolours using all organic ingredients. Any ideas?
I know it's pretty easy as far as pigments go...berries and such, but what about the rest?
