Painful sex and UTI issues...?

Well, in a nutshell, I have deep cramping pain during sex (no STD's) just got treated for a yeast infection in December 2008. After sex I have to urinate badly but it's only a small amount (would lead me to think it's a UTI). However, these problems ONLY arise during/after sex. I don't have urinary issues in every day life.
 
I heard if you urinate after you have sexual relations you won't have a UTI in the future.
 
if you urinate right after you have sex it prevents the yeast infection. But for the cramping.. I'd see a specialist for it.
