I was in a car Accident three years ago in delaware, and I am wondering how I can get a surgery paid for. I want to see Dr. Fabian Bitan in mahatten, by. I dont know what to do, I can't deal with my pain for much longer, I have a colapsed disc in my L5-S1, and have seen two surgeons who both say I need a disc replacement. I have a appointment with Dr. Bitan on Aug, 7, if there is anyway I can get this surgery paid for any advice would be a great help.

Was this a one-car accident or did it involve another driver? Were you at fault? Do you have insurance? Usually in a case where there is an injury due to an auto collision, the driver at fault (their insurance) must pay damages.

If you haven't signed any releases then you are entitled to have any and all bills paid. If the ins. co. is refusing then you must get an atty to help you.
