pain when swallowing

Hi all. I posted a question on the General Health board, but since then, I've done some research and think I may have Gerd. My question: Does anyone feel food or drink as it goes down the throat and to the stomach? It hurts. Kinda feels like I have blisters or something the whole way down. I burp a lot and that also hurts along with back pain.

Any idea's or suggestions will be much appreciated.

your throat is very inflammed.........i get the sensation when i drink cold liquiRAB it dosnt hurt i just feel the cold water go all the way down to my stomach, kind of wierd, but im thinking that the irratation in our thraots etc makes us more sensitve to sensations etc..
