Pain under right shoulder blade

I have this pain under my right shoulder blade. It gets better and worse, sometimes even almost going away. It seems to be worse when I'm sitting on a hard chair also.
I am also doctoring for pressure under right rib and upper abdomen. That also gets better and worse, not only after I eat, but there is definitely more pressure after I eat. I also seem to get alot of heartburn and burping.
I also get nausious and gag, only one time I actually threw up.
I also feel drained and weak most of the time.
This pressure started months ago and slowly continues to get worse, along with the back pain. I have gallstones, but my gallbladder looked fine. I have had an ultrasound, CT and Endoscopy. My doctor has me taking Miralax for constipation, even though I don't feel constipated. She is at a loss, so just trying to eliminate things... Wouldn't that show up in my testing if I was constipated?!
Any ideas? I'm worried this is maybe something serious and they won't find it in time!

Hi Michelle,
Gallstones can be painful . I doubt any constipation is going to show up in any of the tests you listed.

I'm wondering if these are muscle spasms you are having? could you have strained by pulling or lifting something ?

i also take the Miralax, your doc could have prescribed you this so that you are not straining yourself in the bathroom, since you are already having these pain symptoms.

Your doc may need to prescribe something for your heartburn.
Keep us posted if you return to the doc and more tests.
