I've been having sharp pains around my ribs. Sometimes it's on the right side, sometimes on the left side. It feels like it's either in the ribs or behind them. It moves from one side to the other. I have an appointment with the Dr in a couple of weeks and wonder if I should have him check my liver or pancreas? What could cause sharp pains that moves back and forth from one side to the other?
I don't have a gall bladder or appendix and I've had a historectomy 25 years ago. I recently had an endoscopy and it was normal. I've had my heart checked also and that is normal too.
