Pain running down left arm into hand as well as neck/shoulder pain?

I have bad pain in my neck and shoulder and it's running down my arm into my hand which feels numb/cold. I'm scared. I can't go to the chiropractor because he only works Wednesday and I'm goin on camp Wednesday. I went this wednesday actually and he said the muscle was tight? I applied heat and took ibuprofen but it's not helping. Help mee
