I am 62 and work on a computer all day. About six months ago, maybe longer, I began experiencing a burning pain right at the shoulder blade. It starts each time I sit at the computer. Feels like a burning sensation. No loss of function or motion just nagging pain of 5 on a 10 point scale. Any suggestions.
