pain on the inside top of my naval

I am having pain on the inside of my naval its coming from the top. I can feel some sort of like Cartladge or fatty tissue there is that normal is there fatty tissue/cartilage on the inside top part of the belly button ??

Help!

Edit:: The pain is a burning pain and when I bend down to get something turns into a sharp pain
