Pain on left side of the body!

This is weird don't know if anyone can help! I have had recurring pain in my left shoulder of which therapy helped but everytime I do something strenous with my shoulder it comes back. Will ususally subside in a week or so. About a month ago my left foot swelled and was very painful on top of my foot, doctor sent me to a poditrist I had previously seen he had told me I had arthritis but the records he forwarded to my primary doctor said nothing about arthritis and my primary doc had done a sed rate on me and in came back a 1.

According to the records my primary doc rec'd from podiatrist I had a spur on top of my foot. Foot remains swollen this has been over 30 days I did nothing to bring it on but spent a few days doing some paper work at a table. 2 weeks ago my left hip began hurting and waking me up in the middle of the night it use to be the foot. Well last night it was my left knee and I had taken 2 Advil before going to bed! I can't take anti-inflamantory meds because of stomach issues. I will not take pain medication but after last night and with 3 different joints hurting today I am about at my limit for pain toleration! My 2 & 3 toe on my left foot stays numb and my leg feels fat which it is anyhow but more so! :)

I have had my gallbladder out in previous years, full hysterectomy have also had carpal tunnel surgery to free up my ring finger had to have a second one when my thumb started locking up this is on the right hand! The only thing that I can think of that has anything at all to do with any of this is a lot of this started when I began driving an F150 that the seats do not adjust in do you think it's possible I am pinching a nerve in the back of my leg. It's possible that the hip pain is from that because I am short 5' 2

IT could be. Try putting a back pillow in the car and see if it doesn't help with the foot and back issues some. If it helps with the pain and the numbness, you will know that you have found the culprit. I have a Pacifica. The driver seat has a lumbar adjustment, the passenger seat doesn't. So I have to have a pillow in there for when hubby does the driving or I am squirming the entire time that I sit in that seat.
