Hey I was just wondering any natural ways of pain management after a severe car accident that caused major tissue damage, a small break, pulled muscles, bruises, etc. I was severly whipped around and hit by a car that sent me into a cement wall in which the impact sent me across 4 lanes.. so major accident (car is totalled). I am seeing an occupational therapists and using assistive devices as well as having someone to help out with my daily needs, and am on some pain medication for it that is an anti-inflamitory, but it barely helps. I have oxy-cocet for when I absolutely need it, but I cant take it that often. So just anything you know of that will help me, whether it be through diet, movement, activities, or natural remedies, it is very appreciated. Thanks for your time and help.
