Pain Lower Back

I have pain right lower back goes down to my knees and my feet are sore

hurts more going up and down the stairs or sitting to long please help...
 
If you give us a little more information, we can better assist you in answering your questions. How long have you been hurting? Did you hurt it somehow? What have your tried? Have you had an MRI/x-ray?

Thank you for answering my post I did go to the docter and they said its
arthartis and gave me pills to take it helps a bit but the pain is always there worse at night.
