Last night I ate a salad with oil and vinegar and red onion which I usually eat but haven't had a salas in a month for some reason. About a half hour later I got this pain like lighting striking my chest so bad I grabbed my chest. At first i thought it was my heart but then like 2 min later another and yet another only last a second but I got up and took a zantac and waited.....petrafied..
The pain stopped after that and I was ok.
I got to thinking maybe it is reflux of somesort when I eat salaRAB I get pains like that sometimes.
Does anypne else get that like that? I have been checked and they think it is reflux and acid. It made sense last night for the first time cause that was all I ate and haven't had pains in a long time. But I still question it you know..
