Pain in stomach and strange colored stool

For about a week now Ive been having strange discomfort in my stomach. It is on both sides and is in the middle as well. I have also been experiencing pain in my pelvis and my testicles that shoots down to my leg.

I also have been having pain in my upper stomach about 3-4 inches below my nipple and around to my back as well on both sides.

I also have had pain in my rectum and the area between my anus and testicles. That pain seems to go away with passing gas.

The other day my stool was a very light brown and later that day some peices of my stool were half the light brown color and half a normal dark brown color.

These pains I am feeling are not intense and they are more discomforts than pain.

I am going to the doctor soon, but I am just curious if anyone has any input on what this may be. I am paranoid about cancer and cannot stop reading things on the internet. I am 26 and overweight.

Sounds like you have the same problem that I do which is cyberchrondria. I'm going through it right now worried that I have kidney disease because my symptoms are related to that condition. I have tortured myself over the years with fear of having horrible conditions that I read on the internet. Two years ago, I had a severe bout of consitipation and was terrified that my colon was blocked.

The reality is usually never as bad as we imagine though. I wouldn't worry about your symptoms. It sounds like Irritable Bowel SYndrome. I have this problem as well, and gas bubbles can give me pain in my stomach, sides, back and even groin. Changes in stool color are no cause for alarm unless they show red or they are black and tarry.
