Pain in side

Don't know what's causing this, so I am posting in General; MODs -- please move as necessary.

For about six+ months last year/early this year I used to run/walk 6 to 10 miles a day. I let up on that routine for a stationary exercise bike (it does indeed burn far more calories).

Anyway, decided to give a try at three miles today for the heck of it. LEss than half-way into the first mile, only about 300 running steps in, my lower left side hurts. It's very, very noticable. Above the pelvix, slightly a little mroe in front than to the side. It didn't keep me from finishing off the mile, but the pain was persistant and faded very slowly, keeping on during the remainder of the mile.

What the heck is this and should I be worried?

When I made the first one, it didn't show up (and didn't do so for over a day), so I made this thinking I had errored or the board system had. Can this duplicate post be deleted MODs?
