Pain in right side of chest/right breast

Can someone help me please?

Just this morning I have been experiencing a sharp pain in one particular spot which is where i feel it in my right breast (left side of breast) chest area and it has not gone away, it got worse as I breathed in and even if i moved so i took some paracetomol as it felt it was getting worse spreading through my breast (as i did an exam on it to see if any lumps) but with me pressing and squeezing it made it worse. It has eased somewhat now but if i breathe in deeply the pain is still there. I have also noticed this last couple of months that when i am about to go to sleep sometimes i am suddenly wakened trying to catch my breath. I don't know if this is related at all. I didn't hurt myself that i know of, the pain just suddenly started developing this morning and i am a little worried about it specially since it has not gone away after 3 hours. Have i got anything to be worried about? I smoke approximately 20 a day, am overweight and not physically active at all.

P.s. I also have a Hietus Hernia this ten years and would have reflux problems... can that cause this sort of pain in the chest?

I have a hiatal hernia as well, and I have similar symptoms to yours, but not like sharp pain that you have. If it is something that makes you worse when pressing and squeezing, you should really get a GP to check it out.
