pain in my upper abdomen

I have pain and discomfort in my upper abdomen for two months. Most of the time the pain happens at night and wakes me up from sleep every night. The pain moves around my abdomen. Sometimes it moves to the right side of my abdomen, Sometimes to left side of my abdomen. I never had this situation before. After every meal that I feel full in my abdomen and I also feel hot, uncomfortable, nausea and sometimes vomit in my chest that the situation has been persisting for one month. And I also have upper back pain and low back pain (near to my bottom)
I noticed that my stool habit has been changed (bowel habit) the stool it becomes thinner than usual, but it does not change the color and times. I had a blood test、urine test and US abdomen test. These results are normal. But the ache and discomfort do not go away. It becomes worse and comes more frequently. I think there are must be something wrong with my health. So I want to do further tests. But I not know which the test I should have? Could you give me some advise according to my symptom in above.
 
I have also had recently problems with my stomach. I have had bloating and fullness as well. I suggest that you go see your doctor as soon as possible so that they can rule out numerous things. For example: Ulcer, Gallbladder/Stones, Pancreatic problems, colon problems. It may be something easy to fix but I encourage you to get it checked out. I do wish you the best of luck.
 
What kind of pain is it? The ultrasound would have found any obstruction, gall stones, mechanical problems, and I'm sure they were thinking ulcer, but maybe not. H.pylori is the bacteria that causes ulcers. It does sound like an ulcer with the pain after eating, and vomiting. When you say vomiting, what do you mean?
 
After every meal that i felt very uncomfortablt,hot,nausea around my chest. now i felt more worse than before,and also it's more worse than daytime.yesterday night i did not sleep with abdmomen pain. the pain moves around, prick, hurting in my abdmomen. sometime i hear some noise voice in my abdomen. Those two days the pain is continuing day and night that it is not stop it.What's problems with me? is there someting wrong with my stomach or bowel? I saw Gp many times in past two month. The Gp only refer me to hospital only one time for the US abdomen. but the pain getting more worse,i really want to go the hospital when the pian comes. i want to know what's the problem. but i can not go to the hospital if have no GP reference.i think that i had some serious health problems with me. What should i need to do now? I am a foreigner in Uk,so i can not speak English very well.
