Pain in my chest after bicycle incident?!?

I was riding my bike with my dog and then i flipped into the handle bars. The left handle bar went into the ground and the right speared me in the chest. I have a huge bruise on my chest and right above it really hurts. I'm having difficulty breathing and picking up heavy things hurts. It's a shooting pain. Should I go to the doctor or what?! I already went to webmd.com and that didn't really help. Thanks!
the pain/bruise is on the left side of my body... :(
 
luckily only right side. take pain killers as brufen apply analgesic gel over pain area over bruised area apply mild antibiotic gel neosporin or boroline or gentamycin. apply cold compress it makes lots of difference . leave bruise open so that it will heal fast unless you are breathless and poking pain if due to rib fracture nothing to worry. you have to bear some pain as costal muscles must heal. get well. be careful in driving.do not strain right side of chest at all
