pain in lower left abdomen

I am getting a pain in my lower Abdomen on left side, its kind of like that something is coming out and it happens when i put presser on my lower Abdomen.
can any one help me.

Like pinkpixie says you might be constipated, has your bowel movement changed you don't go as much as you used to and its hard to get out. If so you need to eat more fibre, breakfast cereals or plenty of salads.

If not does your abdomen look normal? Is there anything protruding? Have you lifted anything heavy lately?
