Pain in lower groin area/On and off pain when urinating

Hi, a few nights ago out of the blue the area just above my penis and around my penis was quite painful and I was having quite severe pain during and after urination in my penis/around the penis area with the need to urinate frequently with only a small amount of urine being passed, I made a doctors appointment for the following morning and I drank alot of water as I assumed it's probably a urine infection or something, oddly when I woke up the next day before my doctors appointment, I was alot better, I urinated alot more than I had done the previous night with virtually no pain at all.

I went to the doctors anyway just to make sure nothing was wrong, I told her about my symptoms and without even testing my urine or anything, she prescribed me some Cephalexin for a UTI, I told her I was feeling alot better today compared to last night and she told me to wait and see how it is later that day, and if the pain comes back then start the course of antibiotics. Anyway.. this was a couple of days ago, and it appears the same pain is back now, general pain in my lower groin area and a tiny bit of pain during urination, I'm unsure whether to take the antibiotics though, especially if there's nothing wrong with me, but I can't get a urine test because the earliest I can get another appointment at the doctors is on Monday the 26th.

To be honest, I'm not that convinced it's a UTI right now, I'm kind of worried about it being a prostate problem or kidney stones or something, although I'm just 19 years of age so I doubt it's a prostate problem, allthough you never know.

Has anyone else suffered the same pain as me? Would you reccomend I start my course of antibiotics without confirmation of an infection or should I try and hold out until Monday and see if anything gets better/worse?

Thanks.
