Hi everyone,
I was at the gym a few weeks ago and I fell of a machine and bashed my side (right side of my back about kidney level) on a metal rod that was on the floor. After this, I woke up one night and the right side of my leg (below knee height) felt extremely hot, although was cold to the touch, then a few days later I started getting tingling pains in my little toe, which have now turned into really painful spasms like someone is stabbing my little toe on the right side and electrocuting it at the same time. These spasms happen randomly for no reason.
However, I have also being doing dead lifts and squats, maybe all these factors combined have damaged my Sciatic nerve?
I'm just hoping it's not something more sinister i.e. MS, as I have been reading about these sort of symptoms linked to this disease.
Sam.
