Pain in kidneys

The day before and this morning i have a 'dul'l pain in my back where my kidney's are postioned. They last all day and i also have a upset stomach feel sometimes throughout the day.
I can't think of any foods that i have eaten recently that may have caused some indigestion or bowel problem.
I've tried forcing myself to go to the toilet but as my appetite is lost i have'nt gone that often so i don't know what is causing the pain in my kidneys.
 
Are you peeing alot? Does it hurt when you go? If you aren't going alot, you need to start drinking plenty of water to hlep flush out your kidney. sometimes they hurt when you haven't been drinking enough fluids for them to work right. Are you going more than normal? That could be a sign of a UTI.
 
I'm peeing as much as usual for me i guess. It does'nt hurt when i do. I will try and drink more fluid as you suggest as maybe that may help.
 
Is the pain occuring on both sides? I would think kidney pain would occur in both kidneys. If the pain moves around or changes in sensation a lot, then it is doubtful that your kidneys are involved.
