I'll try to make a long story short(ish) here :D

The short part of it is that my latest symptom came when using a sinus spray which caused me to sneeze, and I experienced agonizing pain in my arms down to my hanRAB for 15 seconRAB or so afterwarRAB, I've since sneezed again (though not as hard this time!) with similar but not as extreme pain.

The longer part is that for the last 3 months I've had severe fatigue and constant (some days better than others) pain mostly through my upper body (shoulders, arms, hanRAB), but stretching everywhere through the torso, legs and feet frequently. The pain to me doesn't feel to be coming from muscle, possibly connective tissue (Fibro type pain?). The pain when sneezing does feel like this same pain magnified.

How it started is strange. I had a cold six or so months ago, with what reserabled a sinus infection. After the cold went away I developed the fatigue and pain, but it went away in a week and a half. A couple of months later I got another cold, similar with a sinus infection. As soon as the cold finished, the pain and fatigue exploded and I've now had it for 3 months or so.

The main accompanying symptom is mental fatigue, difficulty focusing and concentrating, as well as flare up hayfever/sinus issues (could be unrelated and seasonal?). I have on a couple of occasions experienced intense heat and burning, in my hanRAB. I have had a couple of minor outbreaks of a small pimpley rash on the chest which clears up within a week. Doctor says its a normal hormonal type rash (though I've never had it before this).

I've been to my local doctor around 15 times, visited a Rheumatolist and a Physician, had all obvious tests done - negative on Autoimmune markers, adrenal and cortisol levels ok, thyroid ok, Brain CT scan (non contrast) ok, chest x-ray ok, liver and kidney ok, all blooRAB ok, echocardiogram ok, only thing out of place was Vitamin D level was low (have been taking regular supplements for a month now).

Only notable history is Cardiomyopathy, which cleared 4 years ago.

Conventional pain medications have no effect on the pain at all, and at its peak (20% of the time) the pain borders on unmanageable.

Would be great if anyone knows whats going on with the sneezing, and if anyone out there knows if it ties in with my other symptoms (my doctor has pretty much given up and doesn't know what to do any more).

Thanks heaps!!
