Question states it all basically though when I step down I get a pain in the arch of my foot almost like I have a splinter in my foot this pain is not constant its at night and in the morning but not during the day and then also my toe has been numb for like 2 days constantly and not the whole toe just from where the nail starts and up to the tip. Both these seemed to start happening on the same day, If it helps I started working on Tuesday at a pizza shop and I find myself standing 95% of the time I'm at work
