whenever we do gassers or anything with intense running the whole bottom of my feet hurt like crazy. i thought my cleats were too tight so i like loosened them as much as possible but the pain stayed as i ran. the pain would only soothe once i took my foot out of my shoes but came back wen i stepped back in them. what could be the problem? i was thinking of getting some dr scholls massaging feet gel. would that help the pain from happening. and if so, which one should i get?
