I'm in track. And we started training maybe.. 3 weeks ago? Anyways, the other day, we used the exercise equipment, like treadmills, eliptacals <howevr u spell it< and bikes. Then we did core for about 10 minutes. I didn't try my "hardest" during the core portion, but I tried hard enough.
Then we ran outside in the snowy air, doing Indian Runs for 45 minutes.. Ouuccchhh. We took little breaks in between though lol.
Then, we came to the track to do a 600?! WTF? No one runs a 600 in a meet! Because it's just 1 1/2 laps.. Anyways, we ran those (sprinted) and my heart did it's usual thing, where it feels like it'll explode.. I was taking my deep breaths, relaxin my upper body, my legs were numb from the air, and this is gross to say.. But mucus.. Was basically choking me, so when I gasped for air, my abs felt like they ripped in half. Not an extreme real rip, just, it hurt REALLY bad:/
My Dad said it could be sore, or strained? Is he right? What could this be?
