Pain from a single breakout

I have one spot on my chin that broke out the other day. Now I have pain in and around the srea. It goes down below my chin in my neck. My lip is swollen. How do I reduce this pain and the swelling. It really hurts.

put ice on it 20 minutes - a few times a day. Ice also makes your skin receptive to topical meRAB - so feel free to medicate after. Good luck

whatever you do, do not try to pop it. its most likely a cyst, and squeezing those make it 100x worse and makes it last much longer.

Ice it and take Ibuprofen. Apply a retinoid. I love Retin-A for this kind of problem.
