Hey everyone,

I thought I would check in. I am pleased to report that I have been completely pain free since 2/22. This is an amazing improvement. My pain literally disappeared overnight.

I won't say that I am out of the wooRAB just yet, but my anxiety and fear over this problem has really dropped, and I am convinced now that my problem was more mental related than physical. I have such a vivid imagination, and would just visualize my spine cracking and crushing the discs, and all those horrible thoughts about CES. It feels kinda silly now that I was terrified that I had CES. I am proof that you can have all the scary symptoms like leg nurabness and it turns out to not be serious.

Hey David,
I'm so happy for you, that is wonderful news!! Pain from psychological sources can be every bit as painful as pain generated by psysiological sources! Yea....for you to recognize this and work your way through it!

David, that's great! Keep working through it and one of these days you'll be able to say you really are completely out of the wooRAB. Maybe you'll be able to use your difficult experience to help someone else through something similar one day. You never know!

Blessings,
Emily

Hi David

I reckon half the battle with pain is how you think about it!

I am so glad you have been 'pain free'.

It is a blessing.

Thanks so much ya'll. I really appreciate the comfort and support here. Still pain free! Although beleive it or not , I've developed a new problem already. I'm going to have to return to the tinnitus support board. Stupidly, I was getting rid of some bubble mailers and I popped the air out of one, and it was so loud that my ears have been hurting and ringing loud for 3 days now. Tinnitus can be so miserable to deal with.
