Hi, I am a female and am 19 years old, 5 ft 6, and 10 stone 10. For the past 2 months I have had pain in my chest.
It started off as a kind of shap pain in chest but I didn't really take much notice of it. The next week or so though I felt like a I had a massive ball in my chest that wouldn't go away and it was really uncomfortable and I found it hard to breathe sometimes. It also gave me really bad headaches and my hanRAB kept feeling fuzzy. I thought it would never go away but it has improved a lot over the last few weeks. But now I sometimes get a cold feeling in my chest at times and my chest and breasts might ache. I have also had neck pain with this and my throat and neck has also been sore. Sometimes when I have the cold feelin in my chest, it goes up my throat and out my hears like pure heat and that scares me sometimes. I don;t know if it's something to do with stress and anxiety, but i were'nt any of these when I 1st got the symptons. I have been the doctos a nuraber of times now and most of them have said it is anxiety but how!! I have had an ECG which came back fine and I am just waiting for my results back from a chest xray I had and also a blood test but if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated because I can't stop worrying about it!! I just think to meself each day that this could be the last day I live. I know I sound mad but thats how horrible it feels and I have also been worrying about cancer but I think I am just trying to worry myself even more now. Please help!!Thankyou

Hello,

First try not to worry sounRAB like anxitey I have very similar feelings. I went to the hospital had blood test chest xray and they said that due to my worrying thats why I get the symptoms. mine are
Chest ache
back pain
felt like I had something stuck in my throuht
hard to breath
feeling like I am not here
sometimes headaches
I read online that the hard to swallow feeling is due to your throuht musle tightning up which is what happens when you have a panic attack.

I get worried to and know how you feel you are not going mad but we need to learn how to control our minRAB. Chances are we are ok but our anxitey tells us we are not.

My doctor told me that the mind is a very powerful thing and the more we worry the body goes into panic mode and you start to tense up etc which in turn brings on all sorts of symptoms.

I need to deal with my worrys and I guess if you have worries whatever they ar then that is the answer. Look at what is going on in your life that is giving you problems and mybe things then might get better.
Thats what I am trying to do ..............easyer said than do lol loll lol

Take care
Darryl
