pain coz of stiffed muscle or lump

hi all,,,,,,, 2 months ago , i had stiffed neck muscles problem,,,,,,, i was in terrible pain for 2-3 weeks,,,,, i went to physiotherapist, massage therapist nd been to a surgen also,,,,, all told me its just stiffed neck muscles coz of cold,,,,,,,, well, after 2 months most of the neck pain is gone,,,,,, but i still feel pain in left upper back muscle with continuous pain in my left biceps now,,,,,nd i think my left biceps pain is connected to my left upper back stiffed muscle,,,,,,, now dont know where to go , as therapist arent making much difference to this pain,,,, suggest me something plz,,,,,, thx
