Pain after sex, after abortion?

i had an abortion 3 and a half weeks ago [don't judge me]
they said wait two weeks before having sex again.
so i waited 3 and a half.

sex feels completely different now.
and afterward, my side started having sharp pains and it feels like my lower stomach is swelling.

what could this be?

might be the side affects of your abortion or maybe its just because of the process your still tender wait another two weeks
