Paid over 1k for car repairs 2 months ago and same issue is happening?

What will i have to look forward too coming up, my power steering went out two months ago fluid was leaking all over the place. They needed to replace the rack and pinion. cost 1k and now two months ago i am having the same problem, i see fluid underneath the car same place!. would typically the garage replace the whole thing or would i have to pay another 1k for this.
