I downloaded a $0.99 app from the market. it was my first purchase from the market so i had to set up the google checkout account. i used a paypal student card which is a mastercard. After i bought it i used it and decided it was no good so i went in for the refund. after i uninstalled and refunded i got an email from google saying my order was canceled and i hadnt been charged. i checked my paypal balance from paypal and there were two charges. One for $1 which i have no idea what it is for, and one for $0.99. both charges are pending but the money isnt in my account. Can someone help me?
