We are moving in a few months and want to get ahead on our packing. We have many items of sports memorabilia and I am particularly concerned about our helmets. We have several helmets with autographs and they are in their cases. But if we packed them as is, they would have 8-10 inches to rattle around in. I want to know what is the best way to pack them in order to preserve the integrity of both the helmet and the autograph.
