Packet data connection (GPRS/EDGE) problem with Nokia 5130 Xpress Music!

please help urgently!? A few days back, the internet connection on my nokia 5130 was workin perfectly and i was using Opera mini to connect to the internet. But then suddenly, it stopped working and the "E" icon (for EDGE) displayed at the top left of the screen when connecting to the internet, disappeared and never comes on now.Whenever I tried to connect to the internet, it displayed the page "cannot connect tothe internet". I tried to change the packet data setting from "when needed" to "always online" but it didn't work. Even the phone browser doesn't work and does not open the web services and nokia.mobi etcetera! instead it gives a message "Packet data not available" and then another "link not available". Please note that it's not a problem with the SIM as the configuration settings are installed and internet works fine with the same SIM on my other phone! Any help is appreciated. Thankyou!
