i've had my new packard bell laptop for almost two months its a "easynote TJ68" and the built in video webcam worked both fine in taking pictures and video's till a couple of weeks ago. It can still take pictures but when i chose the video option it comes up with a grey screen and the message "Locked by another application". I've read somewhere that it might be because of a firmware update but its up to date. Also i've unistalled all my addition webcam software such as "Yawcam" and "Another one i can't remember the name of" anyway please help because i have an awesome idea that is top secret so i won't say because a certain Bigley might get a hold of that information
